What do you want?<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Have you <strong>seen<\/strong> the news today?<br \/>\nMe: The planes? The plot? The thwarting?<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Yup. Planes. Plot. Thwarting.<br \/>\nMe: And?<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> <em><strong>AND.<\/strong><\/em> Aren&#8217;t you nervous?<br \/>\nMe: I dunno. Not really?<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> No? Not at all.<br \/>\nMe: More apprehensive really, it&#8217;s not like we&#8217;re flying overseas or  anything.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> But still.<br \/>\nMe: Nahh, but nothing. It&#8217;s a little flight from Baltimore to Saint Louis. Hardly a high-priority target.  Besides, they caught the guys.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Says you. You <em>hope<\/em> they caught all the guys.<br \/>\nMe: Yeah, I do. I&#8217;m more worried about the mundane stuff.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Such as?<br \/>\nMe: How much longer to check in. How long security will take. What, if anything to carry on.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Knowing you, your only carry on will be your latest uber-nerdy historical fiction paperback. What is it this time? Dark Age Britain? American Civil War?<br \/>\nMe: Roman Legions in the First Century.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Nerd.<br \/>\nMe: True. My main point of concern right now is with the Sister and her family.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> Denmark?<br \/>\nMe: Exactly. They come back on Sunday. I can&#8217;t imagine that&#8217;s going to be a fun trip.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> And travelling with an 8-month old will only lower the stress level, right?<br \/>\nMe: Riiiight. I know they&#8217;ll be fine, but I know they will set foot on their plane in full are-we-there-yet mode.<br \/>\n<strong>Inner Monologue:<\/strong> So, to sum up&#8230;<br \/>\nMe: Not nervous.
